Chris Matthews said that during Obama's speech he felt this thrill going up his leg. Then, later on Hardball, he was harrasing Rep. Michele Bachmann and kept asking a question she did not want to answer. Mathews accused her of being evasive. She quickly replied by asking: how's that tickle going up your leg tonight?
